EMILY M. SHAFTEL
Research Assistant
Emily Shaftel joined the Center in January of 2008. As Research Assistant, she works with the Center’s President, David Abshire, on executive communication and special projects. She also contributes to a variety of initiatives, including the Center’s Agenda 2008 working groups, fundraising, and conferences.
Emily received her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University, graduating summa cum laude in Liberal Studies and Women’s Studies.
